对部分相干激光(PCL)的传输、产生及其应用方面的最新进展作了综述。给出了一种新的描述部分相干高斯-谢尔模(GSM)光束经过近轴光学系统传输的张量ABCD定律。运用这个张量ABCD定律研究了GSM光束的聚焦、频移、分数傅里叶变换等问题。从理论和实验两方面研究了通过一种特殊的光学谐振腔产生部分相干激光的方法。进一步讨论了部分相干激光的一些应用。
The recent advances in the transmission, generation and application of partially coherent laser (PCL) are reviewed. A new kind of tensor ABCD law describing the propagation of a partially coherent Gaussian-Shear mode (GSM) beam through a paraxial optical system is given. The problem of focusing, frequency shift and fractional Fourier transform of GSM beams is studied by using this tensor ABCD law. The method of generating partial coherent laser by a special optical resonator is studied theoretically and experimentally. Some applications of partially coherent lasers are further discussed.
