根据高层建筑桩箱(筏)基础与地基共同作用理论及实践的结果,提出高层建筑桩箱(筏)基础变形控制设计理论,并用于桩基础的设计。尚未见这种设计理论,用于超过18层的高层建筑桩基础的设计。通过变形控制,可以对常规强度设计的高层建筑,进行房屋加层、减少桩数或缩短桩长的优化。文中还介绍该方法在上海九洲花苑设计中的应用。
According to the theory and practice of the interaction between foundation and pile foundation of high-rise building (raft), the design theory of pile foundation deformation control for high-rise building is proposed and applied to the design of pile foundation. This theory of design has not been found yet and is used in the design of pile foundations for more than 18 stories of tall buildings. Through the deformation control, can be designed for high-rise buildings of conventional strength, the house plus layer, reducing the number of piles or shortening the optimization of the length. The article also introduces the method in Shanghai Jiuzhou Garden Design.
