运用磁路理论分析高速开关阀电磁铁的机械-电磁耦合作用,再运用键合图理论建立先导式高速开关阀的键合图模型,准确而形象地描述阀中机械-电磁相互耦合的关系,并据此推导出阀的数学模型,最后运用M ATLAB/Sim ulink软件进行动态仿真。结果表明:键合图理论是电液控制系统建模与仿真的一种有效方法,可为高速开关阀的性能分析及优化设计提供理论依据。
Using the theory of magnetic circuit to analyze the mechanical-electromagnetic coupling effect of high-speed on-off valve electromagnet, the bond graph model of the pilot high-speed on / off valve is established by using the bond graph theory to accurately and vividly describe the relationship between the mechanical-electromagnetic coupling in the valve, Based on this, the mathematical model of the valve is deduced, and finally the dynamic simulation is carried out by M ATLAB / Sim ulink software. The results show that the bond graph theory is an effective method to model and simulate electro-hydraulic control system, which can provide theoretical basis for the performance analysis and optimization design of high-speed on-off valves.
