以天津港中煤华能煤码头防风网建设工程为例,对原钢桁架防风网的结构设计进行了优化。提出了PHC管桩作为立柱、型钢做腹杆的钢-混凝土组合装配式防风网设计方案,通过SAP2000软件建立了10个模型,经分析比较确定结构最终形式并以此进行PHC管桩的选型。按照可装配式拼装进行节点设计,构件在工厂预制,在现场地面组装成桁架后整体吊装,保证工程的安全便捷施工技术经济分析表明该方案可节约工程投资成本11.2%,并且后期维护成本大幅降低。
Taking Tianjin Port Huaneng Coal Wharf windbreak construction project as an example, the structural design of the original steel truss windbreak network is optimized.
