随着社会生活水平的快速提升,人们对汽车舒适度、安全性等方面的要求也越来越高。激光焊接技术在功率密度、单一性、亮度、同调性、方向性等方面性能突出,应用在汽车制造过程中可以有效提升焊接精度和焊接质量,使得该技术在汽车制造领域得到广泛的应用。本文针对激光焊接技术在汽车制造中的具体应用和应用发展趋势展开研究,为提升汽车制造中激光焊接技术的应用水平作出努力。
With the rapid improvement of social life, people’s requirements for car comfort, safety and other aspects are also getting higher and higher. Laser welding technology has outstanding performance in terms of power density, unity, brightness, coherence and directivity. It can effectively improve the welding precision and welding quality in the automobile manufacturing process, making the technology widely used in the field of automobile manufacturing. In this paper, laser welding technology in the automotive application-specific applications and development trends to study to improve the automotive manufacturing laser welding technology level of application efforts.
