目的:通过对肺癌化疗患者并下呼吸道感染的药敏检测结果和致病菌的分析,为临床治疗做出正确、合理的指导。方法:对150例肺癌化疗患者并下呼吸道感染现有的临床治疗进行分析与研究。结果:在150例肺癌化疗患者的下呼吸道感染病菌中培养出340株病原菌,217株格兰阴性杆菌,52株革兰阳性球菌,71株真菌。结论:肺癌化疗患者并下呼吸道感染主要是由革兰阴性杆菌引起,这为肺癌化疗患者并下呼吸道感染的临床治疗提供了重要依据。
Objective: To make correct and reasonable guidance for clinical treatment through the drug susceptibility test results and pathogenic bacteria analysis of patients with lung cancer and lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: 150 cases of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy and lower respiratory tract infection of the existing clinical analysis and research. Results: A total of 340 pathogenic bacteria, 217 gram-negative bacilli, 52 gram-positive cocci and 71 mycobacteria were cultured in 150 patients with lower respiratory tract infection of lung cancer. Conclusion: Patients with lung cancer and lower respiratory tract infections are mainly caused by Gram-negative bacilli, which provides an important basis for the clinical treatment of lung cancer patients with lower respiratory tract infection.
