目的建立HPLC同时测定3种绿茶水提取液中11种成分含量的方法。方法色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-体积分数为0.5%的磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长:210 nm,柱温:30℃。结果在上述色谱条件下,11个待测成分在线性内线性关系良好(r!0.999 9),平均加样回收率为95%~105%,RSD"2.5%。结论该方法可用于绿茶的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 11 constituents in three kinds of green tea water extracts by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was SinoChrom ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm, Column temperature: 30 ℃. Results Under the above chromatographic conditions, the linearity of 11 analytes was good linearity (r = 0.999 9), and the average recovery was 95% ~ 105% and RSD was 2.5% .Conclusion The method can be applied to green tea QC.
