目的:优选颈复康胶囊的提取工艺和挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:以葛根素含量和干膏率为指标,采用正交试验法对水提工艺进行优选;以收油率为指标,对挥发油提取工艺进行优选;以挥发油利用率、包合物含油率和包合物收率为指标,采用正交试验法优选以饱和水溶液法制备β-环糊精包合物的工艺。结果:确定葛根等十六味药材的水提工艺为8倍量水,提取2次,每次2 h;川芎等五味药材挥发油提取工艺为8倍量水,提取时间为4 h;β-环糊精包合物的工艺为油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶6,30℃搅拌2 h。结论:确定的工艺合理,有效成分提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Jingfukang capsule and β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of volatile oil. Methods: Taking puerarin and dry matter as indexes, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the water extraction process. Oil extraction rate was used as index to optimize the extraction process of volatile oil. The volatile oil utilization, inclusion oil content and Inclusion compound yield as an indicator, using orthogonal test method is preferably prepared by saturated aqueous solution of β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex process. Results: The extraction process of Puerariae and other 16 herbs was 8 times the amount of water, extracted 2 times, each time 2 h; Rhizoma Chuanxiong and other herbs volatile oil extraction process for 8 times the amount of water, extraction time was 4 h; β-ring Dextrin inclusion complex process oil and β-cyclodextrin ratio of 1: 6, 30 ° C for 2 h. Conclusion: The process is reasonable and the extraction rate of active ingredients is high.
