奶是一种营养丰富的食品。随着人类生活水平的提高,奶已进入寻常百姓家庭中,与人类关系日渐密切。本文从奶的理化性质、营养成分、营养特点及消毒和正确食用等方面进行综述。
Milk is a nutrient-rich food. With the improvement of human living standards, milk has entered the homes of ordinary people and has a close relationship with human beings. This article reviews the physical and chemical properties of milk, nutrients, nutritional characteristics, disinfection and proper consumption of milk.
