1993年2月～1995年2月间,我们用大剂量环磷酰胺(CTX)冲击部分患者配合透析及激素治疗了15例狼疮性肾炎(LN)尿毒症患者.取得满意疗效,现报道如下。
From February 1993 to February 1995, we treated part of 15 patients with lupus nephritis (LN) with dialysis and hormone therapy with high-dose cyclophosphamide (CTX), and satisfactory results were obtained as reported below.
