本文综述了一种新型的膜分离技术——超滤技术在果蔬汁饮料加工、茶饮料加工及乳品加工等实际生产中的应用。并简单介绍了超滤技术应用于中药成分的提取和精制过程。由于超滤技术具有在低温下操作、无相变、能较好地保持汁液风味及营养成分、降低能耗等优点,使其在食品行业中的应用不断扩大,应用前景广阔。
This article reviews the application of a new type of membrane separation technology - ultrafiltration technology in fruit and vegetable juice beverage processing, tea beverage processing and dairy processing and other practical production. And briefly introduced the application of ultrafiltration technology in the extraction and purification of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients. As ultrafiltration technology has the advantages of operating at low temperature, no phase change, better keeping juice flavor and nutrients, reducing energy consumption, etc., its application in the food industry is expanding and its application prospect is broad.
