干事情、做工作,需要抓主要矛盾,抓重点。没有重点,或抓不住重点,眉毛胡子一齐抓,丢掉西瓜拣芝麻,就不能取得突破,使工作获得重大改观和较大成就。企业的产品开发也须有重点,抓重点,即,要抓“拳头”或“支柱”产品的开发。产品开发的品种方向不能变动不定,今天是此,明天是彼。品种数量不一定太多,而在于精。只要能开发出一个能形成“拳头”或“支柱”的产品,就能使企业起死回生,生而至活,取得持续稳定的和较大的经济效益。许多成功企业的经验,都说明了这一点。这里所说的“拳头”或“支柱”产品,是指在市场上享有较高声誉,长久为用户所欢迎,成为名、优、特,能够叫得响,对企业效益增长、生存发展起举足轻重作用的产品。
