目的：探讨门冬氨酸钾镁治疗慢性酒精中毒性震颤的疗效。方法：１５例男性病人，年龄５４±ｓｌ２ａ，在用普萘洛尔效果不显的基础上，用门冬氨酸钾镁２０ｍＬ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ。伴抽搐、谵妄等症状的先用门冬氨酸钾镁６０ｍＬ加入５％葡萄糖液１０００ｍＬ中静脉滴注，症状改善后改口服，剂量方法同前。６例于治疗前后测定血镁值。结果：经１～２ｗｋ治疗，症状完全消失８例（５例血镁值上升至正常）；症状好转４例（１例血镁值从０．５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ上升至０．６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）；症状无变化３例。结论：门冬氨酸钾镁对慢性酒精中毒引起的震颤治疗是有效的。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of potassium and magnesium aspartate in the treatment of chronic alcoholism tremor. Methods: Fifteen male patients, age 54 ± sl2a, with no significant effect of propranolol on the basis of magnesium aspartate 20mL, po, tid. With convulsions, delirium and other symptoms of first with potassium aspartate 60mL added 5% glucose solution in 1000mL intravenous infusion, the symptoms improved after oral administration, the same dosage method. Six cases were measured before and after treatment of blood magnesium value. Results: After 1 ~ 2wk treatment, the symptoms completely disappeared in 8 cases (5 cases of blood magnesium levels rose to normal); 4 cases improved symptoms (1 case of blood magnesium value from 0.5mmol / L to 0.6mmol / L); symptoms No change in 3 cases. CONCLUSION: Potassium magnesium aspartate is effective in the treatment of tremor caused by chronic alcoholism.
