OPEC is facing a situation where “people in the city want to rush out and people outside the city want to rush in.” However, the relocation of small 23 nations will not have any substantial impact on this organization. In the ancient European city, the urban area of Vienna, the capital of Austria, is located on a four-story small building, an ordinary building that is the headquarter of the well-known Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
