目的探讨团体心理辅导改善大学生社交能力的近中期疗效。方法采用团体辅导方法对样本进行训练,评估其训练后即时和两年后的效果。结果在抑郁自评量表(SDS)、交往焦虑量表(IAS)、社交苦恼与回避量表(SAD)的各项得分中,实验组后测与前测相比差异有显著性;实验组和对照组相比差异有显著性;实验组在训练后即时和两年后得分差异没有显著性。结论团体咨询辅导有效改善了大学生的人际交往能力;两年后评估其效果稳定。
Objective To explore the near and mid-term effects of group counseling on improving college students’ social skills. Methods The group counseling method was used to train the samples to assess their effects immediately after training and two years later.
