1975～1980年间,我科共收治病毒性心肌炎42例,现总结分析如下。临床资料一般资料:42例中男女各21例;年龄6个月者1例,18个月者1例,4岁者3例,5岁者5例,6岁者2例,7岁者2例,8岁者5例,9岁者4例,10岁者4例,11岁者1例,12岁者5例,13岁者2例,14岁者4例,15岁者3例,本组病人有明确病毒感染史者30例,占71%。症状表现:以发热、心悸、气促、胸闷、胸痛、乏力、食欲减退为多,部分病例尚有多汗或盗汗、腹痛等症状。体征则以心率增快、心律不齐为多,且
