本研究通过问卷调查了我国321名英语教师参与职场学习的情况,再通过深度访谈来探究英语教师的职场学习过程、特征及其对教师专业发展的作用。研究发现职场学习贯穿教师整个职业生涯,通过教学与研究活动进行,教学实践与反思互动是其核心过程;教师职场学习具有交互性、时效性和偶发性等特征;职场学习有助于英语教师掌握教学和研究所需的知识与技能,拓宽教师认知,增进教学自主能力。
In this study, 321 English teachers in our country participated in the workplace study through questionnaire survey, and then through in-depth interviews to explore English teachers’ workplace learning process, characteristics and their role in teacher professional development. The study found that workplace learning throughout the entire career of teachers through teaching and research activities, teaching practice and reflection interaction is the core process; teacher workplace learning with interactive, timeliness and accidental features; workplace learning helps English teachers to master Teaching and research required knowledge and skills, broaden teachers’ awareness, improve teaching self-determination ability.
