作者用光镜对根尖肉芽肿进行系列细胞学表现研究。用扫描电镜及电子微探针观察在巨噬细胞和多核巨细胞胞浆内或附近一些黑色沉积物的成份。选用新拔除的5例18~45岁患者3~5年前经过根管治疗的有根尖肉芽肿的牙齿进行研究。这些牙齿均用银尖及封填料充填,将牙齿拔除后取出根尖肉芽肿分切为两半。将一半在无菌玻片上作细胞学印片,立即用96%的乙醇固定,将另一半肉芽肿切片作HE染色,或用Papanicolaou法染色。将银尖从根管内取出,盐水清洗后置于2.5%隅醛磷酸盐中缓冲(pH7.4)1小时,用递增浓度的乙醇处理后,临界点法干燥。
The authors used light microscopy of the series of cytological findings of the apocrine granuloma. Scanning electron microscopy and electron microscopy were used to observe the contents of some black deposits in or near the cytoplasm of macrophages and multinucleated giant cells. Five newly diagnosed patients aged 18-45 years were treated with root-tip-granuloma treated with root canal therapy 3-5 years ago. These teeth are filled with a silver tip and sealing filler, remove the apical granuloma after the tooth is removed and cut into two halves. One half was cytologically printed on sterile glass slides, immediately fixed with 96% ethanol, the other half granuloma slides were HE stained or Papanicolaou staining. The silver spike was removed from the root canal, washed with saline and then placed in 2.5% aldal phosphate buffer (pH7.4) for 1 hour, treated with increasing concentrations of ethanol, the critical point of drying.
