本文结合对区域科技金融与科技创新的相互作用的分析,深入剖析了两者之间的联动发展机制,并利用长江经济带近10年的省际面板数据,测度了11个省(市)科技创新与科技金融的发展水平及其联动效应。实证结果表明,长江经济带科技创新与科技金融发展水平呈现东、中、西部地区递减趋势,地区科技创新发展水平的快速增长与科技金融发展水平的快速提高并存,呈现两者较强程度的联动效应。基于此,本文为相关决策机构实现区域科技创新与科技金融的联动协同发展提供了政策建议。
Based on the analysis of the interaction between science, technology and finance in the region, this paper analyzes in depth the mechanism of linkage development between the two, and uses the provincial panel data of the Yangtze River economic belt for nearly 10 years to measure the effects of 11 provinces (cities) The Development Level of Innovation and Technology Finance and Its Linkage Effect. The empirical results show that the level of scientific and technological innovation and technological finance in the Yangtze River economic belt shows a declining trend in the eastern, central and western regions. The rapid growth in the level of scientific and technological innovation and development and the rapid increase in the level of scientific and technological finance coexist, presenting a strong linkage between the two effect. Based on this, this paper provides policy suggestions for the relevant decision-making institutions to realize the linkage and coordinated development of regional science and technology innovation and science and technology finance.
