为了促进水电项目知识共享水平的提高,必须克服知识共享中遇到的障碍因素。探索了水电项目中知识共享的障碍及其解决框架。首先通过对10位大型水电项目的管理人员的半结构化访谈和相关文献的研究,识别出了水电项目知识共享的15项障碍因素。并通过进一步访谈分析这些因素的原因,综合考虑组织氛围、IT设施、组织设计和工作设计,提出了以员工为中心的克服水电项目知识共享障碍解决框架,并分别指出了克服这些障碍因素的措施。
In order to promote the level of knowledge sharing in hydropower projects, it is necessary to overcome the obstacles encountered in knowledge sharing. Explored the obstacles of knowledge sharing in hydropower projects and their solutions. First, through the semi-structured interviews with the managers of 10 large-scale hydropower projects and the research of relevant documents, 15 obstacles to knowledge sharing of hydropower projects are identified. Through further interviews and analysis of the reasons for these factors, we put forward a employee-centered framework to overcome the knowledge sharing obstacles of hydropower projects by comprehensively considering the organizational climate, IT facilities, organizational design and job design, and pointed out the measures to overcome these obstacles .
