电路一般可分为单线制和双线制,工程机械多采用单线制,本文仅讲述单线制电路常见故障的检查方法。1.断路断路故障表现为在保险丝或者自动保护开关完好的情况下,接通电路开关,用电设备不工作。该种故障原因有三:一是电路中插头松动、脱落或有油污,二是开关触点氧化或失效,三是导线折断或搭铁线搭铁不实。该故障通常采用试灯逐点检查。为了便于记忆,检查方法归纳为:查断路,灯并联;一端接车体,一端连测点;接通总开关,逐点来查线;灯亮电路通,不亮电路断:灯亮向后找,不亮向前查:亮与不亮间,即为断路点。
