目的:观察茴香提取液对糖尿病大鼠血酯水平和心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响。方法:腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立大鼠糖尿病模型,模型成功后,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、茴香低剂组和茴香高剂组,另设正常对照组。通过茴香水提取液灌胃干预30 d后,测定大鼠血糖、血酯和心肌组织SOD的活性、MDA和GSH的含量。结果:与模型组相比,茴香高剂组和茴香低剂组能明显降低大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)(P<0.01),抑制血清中胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的生成,提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05);SOD和GSH有所升高,MDA有所降低,但差异无显著性。结论:茴香具有降低血糖、调节血脂代谢紊乱的作用,对心肌组织SOD、MDA和GSH的影响不明显。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of fennel extract on the level of serum estradiol and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) in diabetic rats. Methods: The model of diabetic rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. After the model was successfully established, the rats were randomly divided into model group, metformin group, low-dose fennel group and high-dose fennel group, and a normal control group. After 30 days of intragastric administration of fennel water extract, the blood glucose, blood lipid and myocardial SOD activity, MDA and GSH contents were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, fennel high dose group and fennel low dose group could significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose (FBG), the serum TC, TG, (P <0.01, P <0.05). The levels of SOD and GSH increased, MDA decreased, but the difference was not significant Sex. Conclusion: Fennel has the effect of lowering blood sugar and regulating blood lipid metabolism disorders, and has no obvious effect on the activity of SOD, MDA and GSH in myocardium.
