目的:探讨外伤性后尿道闭锁经直肠超声引导腔内治疗的疗效及安全性。方法:经直肠超声引导下,对5例外伤性后尿道闭锁患者行腔内会师治疗,术后配合尿道灌注及尿道扩张。结果:5例均一次手术切通成功,1例因尿道闭锁段较长,术后2个月再次腔内治疗切除瘢痕组织。5例均排尿通畅,随访6个月～2年,无尿道狭窄复发。结论:经直肠超声引导腔内会师对外伤性后尿道闭锁的治疗安全、有效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of traumatic posterior urethral atresia guided by transrectal ultrasound. Methods: Under the guidance of transrectal ultrasound, 5 patients with traumatic posterior urethral atresia received endovascular treatment, followed by urethral perfusion and urethral dilatation. Results: All the 5 cases were successfully surgically resected. One case was longer due to urethral atresia, and again the endovascular treatment of scar tissue was performed 2 months after operation. 5 cases were voiding patency, followed up for 6 months to 2 years, no recurrence of urethral stricture. Conclusion: Transrectal ultrasound-guided intracameral treatment of traumatic posterior urethral atresia is safe and effective.
