目的　报告 6例经腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术初步经验并探讨手术方法及疗效。方法　用后腹腔镜切除拔术治疗 5例肾上腺肿瘤所致的原醛症及 1例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。结果　 6例手术时间 45～ 12 0分钟 ,无严重并发症 ,血压及血钾均恢复正常。结论　后腹腔镜手术创伤小 ,恢复快 ,住院时间短 ,体现了微创外科原则 Objective To report the preliminary experience of laparoscopic adrenalectomy in 6 cases and explore the surgical methods and curative effects. Methods The retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery was performed on 5 cases of primary aldosteronism caused by adrenal tumor and 1 case of adrenal pheochromocytoma. Results 6 cases of operation time 45 ~ 12 0 minutes, no serious complications, blood pressure and serum potassium were back to normal. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery and shorter hospital stay, which reflects the principle of minimally invasive surgery
