为研究不同种植密度对两种株型玉米灌浆期间子粒积累的影响,于2010年在大田试验条件下,分析不同密度处理下紧凑型玉米郑单958和平展型玉米丰禾1号灌浆期功能叶可溶性糖含量及子粒淀粉积累的变化。结果表明,灌浆期各密度处理下的两种株型玉米穗位叶可溶性糖含量及子粒直链淀粉、支链淀粉和总淀粉积累均呈上升趋势。灌浆后期,郑单958和丰禾1均在低密度处理(4万株/hm2、5万株/hm2)下穗位叶可溶性糖含量最高,丰禾1直链淀粉在6万株/hm2处理最高,支链和总淀粉含量及淀粉产量在5万株/hm2处理最高,郑单958的直链、支链及总淀粉含量和淀粉产量均在6万株/hm2处理最高。
In order to study the effect of different planting densities on the accumulation of kernels during the grain filling of two plant types of maize, the effects of different density treatments on the grain accumulation of compact maize Zhengdan 958 and flattened maize Fenghe 1 were analyzed under field conditions in 2010. Changes of soluble sugar content and starch accumulation in seedlings. The results showed that the soluble sugar content and the amylose, amylopectin and total starch accumulation of two plant types at different density treatments increased at the filling stage. In the late filling stage, the soluble sugar content of ear leaf was the highest in Zhengdan 958 and Fenghe 1 under low density treatment (40,000 plants / hm2, 50,000 plants / hm2), and the yield of Fenghe 1 amylose was 60,000 plants / hm2 The highest, branch and total starch content and starch yield were the highest at 50000 plants / hm2. Zhengdan 958 had the highest linear, branched and total starch content and starch yield at 60 000 plants / hm2.
