目的采用离子色谱氢氧根体系技术,建立同时测定工作场所空气中H_2SO_4、HCl的快速检测方法。方法空气中的H_2SO_4、HCl用装有碱性溶液的多孔玻板采集,离子色谱法检测,使用氢氧化钾溶液作为淋洗液,采用Inpac AS19阴离子柱(4 mm×250 mm)进行分离,电导检测器检测,在进样体积为25μl,淋洗液为30 mmol/L KOH,流速为1.00 ml/min,抑制电流为75 m A,柱温为30℃,在池温30℃的条件下进行检测,外标法定量。结果 HCl、H_2SO_4的方法检出限分别为0.044 mg/L、0.088 mg/L,日内精密度分别为0.23%~0.88%、0.20%~0.70%,日间精密度分别为0.94%~1.33%、1.21%~1.93%,平均回收率分别为95.6%~100.5%、91.1%~101.7%。结论本研究建立的检测方法灵敏度高,进样量少,选择性好,分析时间短,检测结果稳定可靠,可以满足工作场所空气中H_2SO_4、HCl同时检测的需求。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the simultaneous determination of H 2 SO 4 and HCl in the air of the workplace by ion chromatography with hydroxyl radical technology. Methods H_2SO_4 and HCl in the air were collected on a glass plate with alkaline solution and analyzed by ion chromatography using potassium hydroxide solution as eluent. The column was separated on an Inpac AS19 anion column (4 mm × 250 mm) Detector, the injection volume of 25μl, the eluent 30 mmol / L KOH, the flow rate of 1.00 ml / min, the inhibition current of 75 m A, the column temperature was 30 ℃, 30 ℃ under the conditions of the pool temperature Testing, external standard method. Results The detection limits of HCl and H_2SO_4 were 0.044 mg / L and 0.088 mg / L, respectively. The intra-day precision was 0.23% -0.88% and 0.20% -0.70% respectively, and the intra-day precision was 0.94% -1.33% 1.21% ~ 1.93% .The average recoveries were 95.6% ~ 100.5% and 91.1% ~ 101.7%, respectively. Conclusion The detection method established in this study has high sensitivity, low injection volume, good selectivity, short analysis time and stable and reliable detection results. It can meet the need of simultaneous detection of H 2 SO 4 and HCl in the air in the workplace.
