薪酬是员工付出劳务而获得的各种形式的酬劳,也是企业人力资源对员工的一种管理方式,反映的是员工在工作上的效绩,同时也是员工努力工作的最大动力,能让员工得到最大的满足。那么如何做好薪酬管理,利用薪酬鼓励员工就是企业人力资源的重要探究课题,而激励是薪酬管理中最重要的应用手段。因此,本文就激励理论在企业薪酬管理中的应用做了探讨。
