目的通过知母总皂苷药物干预2型糖尿病大鼠(T2DM)评价知母总皂苷的降糖降脂药效作用。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)结合高脂饲料喂养法建立T2DM大鼠模型,知母总皂苷高、中、低剂量等药物组干预T2DM大鼠,测定前后空腹血糖、糖耐量、胰岛素水平、血脂指标、TNF-α含量,统计学处理数据进行比较分析。结果知母总皂苷可显著降低T2DM糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖,显著改善T2DM大鼠的糖耐量异常及高血脂症状,能够下调T2DM大鼠肝脏的TNF-α表达。结论知母总皂苷具有显著的降血糖降血脂药效作用,这可能与知母总皂苷增加了T2DM大鼠的胰岛素敏感性,改善其胰岛素抵抗状态有关。
Objective To assess the effects of total timosaponins on blood glucose, lipid and lipid-lowering effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) treated with total timosaponins. Methods T2DM rats were induced by streptozotocin (STZ) combined with high-fat diet. The high, middle and low doses of timosaponins were administered to T2DM rats. The fasting blood glucose, glucose tolerance, insulin level , Lipids, TNF-α content, statistical analysis of data for comparative analysis. Results Tim saponins can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose in T2DM diabetic rats, significantly improve T2DM rats with impaired glucose tolerance and hyperlipidemia, can reduce the expression of TNF-α in the liver of T2DM rats. Conclusion The total timosaponins have significant hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects, which may be related to the increase of insulin sensitivity of T2DM rats and the improvement of their insulin resistance status.
