建立了热脱附/气相色谱法测定墨粉中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的方法,测定了13种VOC(正丁醇、苯、甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、正丙苯、异丙苯、苯甲醛、正十一烷)和总挥发性有机物。各化合物工作曲线的相关系数r~2均>0.997,检出限0.65~3.60 mg/kg,加标回收率82.36%~116.86%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.20%~7.34%。该方法易自动化,准确度高,检出限低,精密度好。
A method for the determination of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in toner by thermal desorption / gas chromatography was established. The effects of 13 VOCs (n-butanol, benzene, toluene, metaxylene, paraxylene, Benzene, styrene, butyl acrylate, n-propylbenzene, cumene, benzaldehyde, n-undecane) and total volatile organic compounds. The correlation coefficients r ~ 2 for all the compounds were all 0.997, with the detection limits of 0.65 ~ 3.60 mg / kg. The recoveries were 82.36% ~ 116.86%. The relative standard deviations were 2.20% ~ 7.34%. The method is easy to automate, with high accuracy, low detection limit and good precision.
