通过对2011—2013年连续三届“中国地级城市医院·竞争力排名”数据的统计分析,发现全国地级城市医院前15强均来自东部地区。东部医院各项指标基本上稳步发展,中、西部快速发展的过程中,部分指标波动较大,发展欠平衡。100强医院的高级职称人数占全员总数的比例整体上在下降,如何合理配置高素质人才仍是大部分医院面临的问题。对比往届,本届前30强在各指标上表现出更大的优势,强弱差距拉大。
Through the statistical analysis of three consecutive “2011 Rankings of Ranking Ranks of Hospital Competitiveness among Chinese Cities” from 2011 to 2013, it is found that the top 15 cities in prefecture-level cities come from the eastern region. In the course of the rapid development of the eastern and western regions, some indicators of the Eastern Hospital have basically developed in a steady manner. Some of the indicators fluctuate greatly and the balance of development is not balanced. Top 100 hospitals in the total number of seniority accounted for the overall proportion of the overall decline in the reasonable allocation of high-quality personnel remains the problem facing most hospitals. Compared to previous years, the top 30 in the current indicators showed greater advantages, widening the gap between strength and weakness.
