目的 :研究葛根素注射液与 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 ,5 %葡萄糖注射液 ,10 %葡萄糖注射液 ,葡萄糖氯化钠注射液 ,复方乳酸钠注射液配伍的稳定性。方法 :用高效液相色谱法对不同温度、不同时间配伍的葛根素含量进行测定。结果 :各配伍液在 0~ 4h内 ,(2 2± 1)℃ ,(30± 1)℃ ,(35±1)℃的条件下葛根素含量均无显著变化。结论 :葛根素注射液与以上 5种注射液配伍后 (2 2± 1)℃ ,(30± 1)℃ ,(35±1)℃的条件下 ,在 4h内保持稳定
Objective: To study the stability of puerarin injection combined with 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection and compound sodium lactate injection. Methods: The content of puerarin with different temperature and different time was determined by HPLC. Results: There was no significant change in puerarin content of each compatibility solution within 0-4h, (2 2 ± 1) ℃, (30 ± 1) ℃, (35 ± 1) ℃. CONCLUSION: Puerarin injection is stable within 4 hours under the conditions of (2 2 ± 1) ℃, (30 ± 1) ℃ and (35 ± 1) ℃ after being matched with the above five kinds of injections
