目的：探讨经皮穿刺腰椎间盘介入术后椎间盘感染的病因、诊断、治疗和预防措施。方法：采用大剂量抗生素、激素静脉滴注,同时配合脱水、营养神经及绝对卧床休息。结果：2例患者症状明显好转并治愈。结论：介入术后感染以预防为主,治疗方法应尽早采用大量抗生素及激素治疗。
