高师学前教育专业教师专业化水平直接影响到幼儿园教师的专业水平,进而影响到学前教育质量,因而积极探索学前教育专业教师专业化发展路径具有重要意义。本文从三个方面对此进行了探索:一是对学生进行专业引领以提升专业化指导能力;二是创建学习型团队以提升专业化学习能力;三是为社会提供学前教育服务以提升专业化服务能力。
The professionalization of pre-primary teachers in higher normal colleges directly affects the professional level of kindergarten teachers, thus affecting the quality of preschool education. Therefore, it is of great significance to actively explore the pre-school teacher professionalization development path. This article explores this from three aspects: one is to lead students professionally to enhance professional guidance ability; the other is to create a learning team to enhance professional learning ability; the third is to provide pre-school education services to society to enhance specialization Service capabilities.
