污闪预测与泄漏电流研究中,需考虑有机物等特殊污秽成分.以葡萄糖为对象,分析其物质特性,研究含葡萄糖污秽外绝缘在不同湿度下的放电特点,分析含葡萄糖污秽对绝缘子泄漏电流最大值、基波幅值、三次谐波幅值以及基波电压电流相位差的影响.结果表明:污秽中加入葡萄糖会影响绝缘子泄漏电流,影响程度由大气湿度与葡萄糖污秽含量决定;污秽中葡萄糖含量高于0.1 mg/cm2,相对湿度达到60%及以上时,含葡萄糖污秽绝缘子的泄漏电流特征量明显异于常规污秽绝缘子.葡萄糖具备较好的吸湿性与保水性,含葡萄糖污秽会增加污层吸水量,使泄漏电流增加,导致放电.“,”Special contaminant such as organic matter needs to be considered in pollution flashover prediction and leakage current research.This paper analyzes the material properties of glucose,and studies the discharge characteristics of glucose contaminant external insulation under different humidities.This paper has studied the influence of glucose contaminant on insulator leakage current,and has analyzed leakage current amplitude,fundamental current amplitude,3rd harmonic current amplitude and phase.Test results show that insulator leakage current is affected by adding glucose into contaminant,and extent depends on atmospheric humidity and the amount of glucose contaminant.As the amount of glucose is above 0.1 mg/cm2,the leakage current amplitude of glucose sample is much larger than that of normal sample at the humidity of 60%.Glucose has good hydroscopicity.If glucose is added into contaminant,pollution layer will absorb more water;leakage current will increase and discharge will happen.
