利用Fe3O4溶胶的正电荷特性,将络负离子PdCl 24-通过静电作用吸附在Fe3O4胶体粒子表面,以抗坏血酸(Vc)进一步将其还原,即得到负载有Pd金属团簇的Fe3O4胶体粒子(Pd0@Fe3O4).该超顺磁性Fe3O4载体负载的纳米Pd对Heck反应表现出良好的催化活性,且反应完毕后可简单地通过永久磁铁将催化剂从反应体系中分离,循环使用.研究表明,该催化剂在循环使用5次后反应活性没有明显下降,并对多种卤代芳烃的Heck偶联反应表现出优异的催化活性.
The positive charge of Fe3O4 sol was used to adsorb the complex anion PdCl24- onto the surface of Fe3O4 colloidal particles by electrostatic interaction and then further reduced with ascorbic acid (Vc) to obtain Fe3O4 colloidal particles loaded with Pd metal clusters (Pd0 @ Fe3O4 ) On the superparamagnetic Fe3O4 supported nano-Pd showed good catalytic activity for the Heck reaction, and after the reaction is completed, the catalyst can be simply separated from the reaction system by a permanent magnet and reused.Research shows that the catalyst in the cycle After 5 times of reaction, there was no obvious decrease in reactivity, and showed excellent catalytic activity for Heck coupling reaction of many halogenated aromatics.
