在党中央明确提出振兴东北老工业基地的形势下,如何推进东北地区的经济体制改革,建立有效的市场经济体制,成为人们研究的重要课题。本文从制度经济学的角度出发,立足于东北地区地方政府、企业家和国企职工三大经济主体,通过对他们制度变迁的需求分析,探讨经济体制改革缓慢的原因,进而提出推进经济体制改革的相关对策建议。 Under the situation that the party Central Committee explicitly proposed the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China, it has become an important issue for people to study how to promote economic restructuring in the northeast region and establish an effective market economic structure.
