1.适用范围本试验方法用于测定离心混凝土强度,以检验电杆离心混凝土强度是否达到设计强度。 2.试件制备 2.1试件尺寸及形状尺寸:Φ300×85×70.7毫米(外径×宽度×厚度) 形状:环形。如图1。 2.2试件数量每套试模一次可制作相同规格的环形试件3环,将每环劈裂分割成3块,共九块组成3组环形试块。 2.3试模成型试件用的试模采用定点厂制作的离心混凝土环形试模。试模主要由模具本体和连接附件两部分组成。模具安装在电杆钢模的根端。试模与钢模的同轴度允许偏差为2毫米。

Figure 1. 2.2 Number of Test Pieces Each set of test dies can be used to make 3 rings of the same type of ring-shaped test piece, dividing each ring into 3 pieces, and a total of 9 pieces constitute 3 sets of ring-shaped test pieces. 2.3 Trial moulds The trial moulds used for the test specimens were made of centrifugal concrete ring test moulds made by fixed-point plants. The trial mold consists of two parts: the mold body and the attachment attachment. The mold is mounted on the root end of a pole steel mold. The allowable deviation of the coaxiality between the test die and the steel die is 2 mm.
