目的观察中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 32例放射性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组16例。对照组采用静脉滴注甲强龙为主的单纯西医治疗,治疗组采用西医治疗基础上加用口服自拟的清热活血润肺汤治疗。结果症状缓解情况:治疗组痊愈率为50.00%,总有效率为93.75%,对照组痊愈率为37.50%,总有效率例为81.25%;X线变化情况:治疗组痊愈率为56.25%,总有效率93.75%;对照组痊愈率为43.47%,总有效率例为87.50%;甲强龙平均减量时间:治疗组为5.8 d,对照组为10.2 d,治疗组的平均减量时间明显短于对照组。中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎的治疗效果优于单纯使用西药进行治疗的治疗效果。结论中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎治疗效果显著,推荐临床应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of radiation pneumonitis.
