概述了能源结构与环境污染的关系,提出改善空气质量可从两方面入手:节能降耗和改变能源结构,其中改变能源结构是重点。节能降耗的根本是淘汰落后产能,追求绿色GDP。介绍了国内外能源结构现状,我国目前的能源以煤炭为主,石油资源匮乏,探明剩余可采常规天然气资源甚微,现有能源结构相对国际平均水平严重落后,已不能适应时代发展要求。中国页岩气可采储量被认定位居世界前列,鉴于美国对页岩气的成功开发和利用,我国成立了页岩气研究基地,有望为我国能源结构的转变提供助力。为了降低管道建设成本,国内外冶金工作者以热控轧(TMPC)技术优选管材的金相组织,成功研制开发了X100、X120等高钢级管材,我国更在试制X100、X120直缝埋孤焊钢管方面取得成功。因此预言,中国将成为世界上第一个采用X100或X120钢管修建油气管道的国家。
Summarized the relationship between energy structure and environmental pollution, put forward to improve air quality from two aspects: saving energy and changing the energy structure, in which changing the energy structure is the key point. Energy saving is the fundamental elimination of backward production capacity, the pursuit of green GDP. The present situation of energy structure at home and abroad is introduced. At present, the energy in our country is mainly coal, and the petroleum resources are scarce. It is proved that the recoverable conventional natural gas resource is very small, and the relative international standard of the existing energy structure lags behind seriously and can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the times. China’s shale gas recoverable reserves are considered to be at the forefront of the world. Given the successful exploitation and utilization of shale gas in the United States, China has set up a shale gas research base and is expected to provide assistance for the transformation of China’s energy structure. In order to reduce the pipeline construction cost, metallurgical workers at home and abroad have successfully developed the X100, X120 high-grade pipe materials by using the hot-rolled (TMPC) technology to optimize the pipe metallurgy. In China, the trial production of X100 and X120 straight seam- Welded steel pipe has been successful. Therefore, it is predicted that China will become the first country in the world to build oil and gas pipelines with X100 or X120 steel pipes.
