[方法]甘蓝中的2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩以乙腈为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取,经净化用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析甘蓝中残留的2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩。[结果]研究表明甘蓝中2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩的添加回收率为83.04%~89.71%,变异系数为1.56%~3.43%,最低检测质量分数0.01μg/g。[结论]该方法检测2,5-二苯乙炔基噻吩,具有检测简便、快速、准确等优点,且重现性、稳定性、分离效果均能满足分析要求,是一种较为理想的分析方法。
[Method] With 2,5-diphenylethynylthiophene in cabbage as extraction solvent, acetonitrile was used as the extraction solvent. Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was used for the determination of 2,5-diphenylethynylthiophene in cabbage by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) . [Result] The results showed that the recoveries of 2,5 - diphenylethynylthiophene in cabbage were 83.04% ~ 89.71%, the coefficients of variation were 1.56% ~ 3.43%, and the lowest detected mass fraction was 0.01μg / g. [Conclusion] The method for the determination of 2,5-diphenylethynylthiophene has the advantages of simple, rapid and accurate detection, and the reproducibility, stability and separation effects can meet the analytical requirements and is an ideal analytical method .
