目的:分析2型糖尿病患者甲状腺激素水平的变化。方法:随机选取80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究组,根据其糖化血红蛋白(GHb Alc)的高低又分为4个小组,分别为<6.5%组25例,6.5%~7.5%组27例,7.6%~10.0%组16例,>10.0%组12例。选取同期体检健康者80例作为对照组。分别对其甲状腺激素水平进行检测。结果:与对照组(健康组)检测结果对比后发现,研究组(2型糖尿病)血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)发生显著的下降,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与研究组中GHb Alc<6.5%组对比后,6.5%~7.5%组,7.6%~10.0%组,>10.0%组的FT3、TT3发生显著的下降,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的甲状腺激素水平与病情相关,病情越重,患者的甲状腺激素水平下降幅度越大。
Objective: To analyze the changes of thyroid hormones in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into four groups according to their GHb Alc level, which were 25 in 6.5%, 27 in 6.5% -7.5%, 7.6 There were 16 cases in% ~ 10.0% group and 12 cases in> 10.0% group. Conclusion: The level of thyroid hormone in patients with type 2 diabetes is related to the condition. The more serious the disease, the more the thyroid hormone level declines in patients.
