常压下的液化天然气(以下简称LNG)其密度约为标准状态下甲烷的600多倍,将天然气转化为LNG后再运输,比常规的压缩天然气(CNG)运输量要高出很多倍。天然气热值高,污染少,成为理想的清洁能源,随着我国天然气行业特别是LNG工业的迅速发展以及道路运输条件的不断改善,市场对LNG储运设备的需求日益增强。降低运输成本、提高运输效率是设备制造厂和运输行业的共同目标,由于LNG罐式集装箱(以下简称LNG罐箱)机动、灵活,可以实现公路、铁路、水路等多种方式联运,因此是LNG理想的运输工具。本文结合典型产品40英尺(编者注:12.192m)LNG罐箱为例,对其结构以及管路工艺流程加以说明。集装箱主要由罐体、操作箱、框架三大部分组成。罐体与框架通过短半圆筒、条形支座、异型钢管等连接构成了罐箱。罐体的-端设置操作箱,内设控制阀门及安全装置,集中布置便于介质的装、卸作业。常见40英尺LNG罐式集装箱结构简图(如图1所示)。
Atmospheric LNG (hereinafter referred to as LNG) has a density of about 600 times that of methane under standard conditions. Natural gas is converted into LNG and transported, which is many times higher than conventional CNG. Natural gas has high calorific value and low pollution, making it an ideal clean energy source. With the rapid development of China’s natural gas industry, especially the LNG industry, and the continuous improvement of road transport conditions, the demand for LNG storage and transportation equipment is on the rise. Reducing transportation cost and improving transportation efficiency are the common goals of equipment manufacturers and transportation industry. Since LNG tank container (hereinafter referred to as LNG tank) is maneuvering and flexible, it can realize various modes of transportation such as road, railway and waterway, and is therefore an LNG Ideal transport. In this paper, a typical 40-foot (Editor’s Note: 12.192m) LNG tank as an example, the structure and pipeline process will be described. Tank - set the end of the operation box, equipped with control valves and safety devices, centralized arrangement of media loading and unloading operations.
