农民工是中国特有的现象,建国后为了重工业资金的积累,需要向农村索取资金,政府进而创立了户籍制度,结果造成了80%的农业人口被束缚在农村,随着改革开放,农业人口大量向城市涌动,短期内城市难以提供基本的公共服务,如何使农民工市民化成为政府亟待解决的课题。本文主要从政府行为、市场化角度探讨解决农民工市民化问题。 Migrant workers are peculiar to China. After the founding of the PRC, in order to accumulate funds for heavy industry, they needed funds from the rural areas. The government then created a household registration system. As a result, 80% of the agricultural population was bound in rural areas. With the reform and opening up, Surging to the city, the city in a short period of time is difficult to provide basic public services, how to make migrant workers become a citizen of the government need to be addressed.
