本文从经济学角度,对5种检测旋毛虫抗体和4种检测旋毛虫抗原的方法进行了成本分析。应用方法有(1)对试验成本进行合理的界定与分类;(2)根据各类成本的特点确定对其变化的测量方法并进行实际测算。最终得出既经济又实用的检测旋毛虫抗体的方法为快速-ELISA(F-ELISA),其次是SPA-ELISA和ELISA,其单位成本依次为:3.98、4.13、10.89元。采用同样的分析方法,得出检测旋毛虫循环抗原的方法为快速-多克隆抗体夹心-ELISA法(F-ELISA),其单位成本为4.22元。建议在实际应用时,可先用F-ELISA进行初筛,结合F-PcAb的结果作出诊断。
This article from the economic point of view, the five kinds of detection of Trichinella antibodies and four kinds of methods to detect Trichinella antigens cost analysis. The application methods are as follows: (1) Reasonable definition and classification of the test cost; (2) According to the characteristics of various types of cost, determine the measurement method of the change and make the actual measurement. Finally, it was concluded that the method for detecting Trichinella antibodies was both economical and practical for fast-ELISA (F-ELISA), followed by SPA-ELISA and ELISA, with the unit costs of 3.98, 4.13 and 10.89 yuan . Using the same analysis method, the method for detecting circulating antigen of Trichinella was fast-polyclonal antibody sandwich-ELISA (F-ELISA) with a unit cost of 4.22 yuan. Recommended in practical applications, the first screening with F-ELISA, combined with the results of F-PcAb make a diagnosis.
