2004年12月25日,教育部印发了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》(以下简称为《标准》),这是我国颁布的第一个中小学教师专业能力标准。《标准》不仅是重要的培训内容,而且是重要的指导纲领。随着《标准》的颁布,为期五年的第二轮中小学教师全员培训中,教育技术能力的培训有了科学的依据。笔者认为,开展好中小学教师以信息技术为核心的教育技术能力培训,必须搞好六个结合。
On December 25, 2004, the Ministry of Education issued the “Standard for Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Educational Technology Capability (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”), which is the first professional standard of primary and secondary school teachers promulgated in China. The “standard” is not only an important training content, but also an important guiding principle. With the promulgation of the “Standard”, the second round of five-year primary and secondary school teachers’ full-time training has provided a scientific basis for the training of educational technology capabilities. The author believes that to carry out primary and secondary school teachers with information technology as the core of educational technology capacity training, we must do a good job six combinations.
