医院深化改革 ,实施医院总会计师制度尤为必要。然而 ,在当前医院还存在着一些问题 ,一是医院缺乏经济管理的先进理念 ;二是医院缺乏经济管理的良好机制 ;三是缺乏经济管理的高素质人才。我们认为总会计师制度是现代医院经济管理模式的重要组成部分 ,首先要解放思想 ,更新经济观念 ;二是建立以总会计师为主的经济运行机制 ;三是培养一支业务素质高、行政领导能力强的医院总会计师队伍 It is particularly necessary for the hospital to deepen reforms and implement the chief accountant system for hospitals. However, there are still some problems in the current hospital. First, the hospital lacks the advanced concept of economic management; second, the hospital lacks a good mechanism for economic management; and third, it lacks high-quality talents for economic management.
