通过水培试验和室内分析相结合的方法研究了大豆根茬腐解液和营养液残液对大豆种子萌发和生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,与对照相比 ,营养液残液和根茬腐解液显著地抑制了大豆种子的萌发 ,表现在胚根长度显著降低 ,减少达 4 2 .51 %和 4 1 .79%。营养液残液和根茬腐解液均抑制了大豆的根系活力 ,表现在α-萘胺氧化酶活性降低 ,根系活跃吸收面积亦下降。同时 ,营养液残液、根茬腐解液使大豆植株的生物膜稳定性、保护系统受到破坏 ,表现在叶片的相对电导率增加
The effects of soybean stubble decomposing liquid and nutrient liquid residue on the germination and growth of soybean seeds were studied by hydroponic experiment and indoor analysis. The results showed that compared with the control, the nutrient solution and the stubble decomposing solution significantly inhibited the germination of soybean seeds, showing a significant reduction in radicle length by 42.51% and 41.79%, respectively. Nutrient liquid residues and root stubble decomposed liquid inhibited the root activity of soybean, showing the decline of α-naphthylamine oxidase activity and active root absorption area.
