为解决传统凸轮型线优化设计过程中的动力学模型简单、几何精度低以及设计流程自动化程度低的问题,利用MSC.ADAMS平台的参数化建模技术,对设计流程重新进行组织和安排,提出“面向参数化样机的凸轮动态优化方法”的解决方案。本文建立了配气机构的参数化样机,对凸轮型线进行了动态优化设计。优化在考虑零件柔性的同时,提高了几何精度以及设计流程的自动化程度。
In order to solve the problem of simple dynamic model, low geometrical accuracy and low degree of automation in the design process of traditional cam profile optimization design process, the design process is reorganized and organized according to the parametric modeling technology of MSC.ADAMS platform “Cam dynamic optimization method for parametric prototype ” solution. In this paper, a parametric prototype of the valve train has been set up to dynamically optimize the cam profile.
