青紫霉素(Lividomycin,简称LVM)为一氨基糖苷类抗生素,其抗菌谱与卡那霉素相似。1970年束村道雄等报告了青紫霉素抗结核作用的基础研究。随后发表了临床报告。 1975年上海医药工业研究院从江西土壤中分离到青紫霉素产生菌——链霉菌75-798,并报告了青紫霉素的分离,化学鉴别和试制了临床样品。经239例临床试用表明:LVM对尿路、胆道感染、肺炎、败血症、菌痢及伤寒均有较好疗效。 本文介绍青紫霉素的抗结核作用。 试管抑菌试验 一、材料和方法 (1)药物 青紫霉素为杭州第二制药厂等试制样品,批号770520。 青紫霉素游离碱(简称L-游)系上海医药工业研究院试制样品。 缠霉素(简称CPM)系江苏南通生物化学制药厂产品,批号760222。 (2)培养基:a.改良罗氏培养基:制成
Lividomycin (LVM) is an aminoglycoside antibiotic with similar antibacterial spectrum to kanamycin. In 1970, Taketo Takemura et al. Reported the basic research on the anti-tuberculosis effect of cyanin. Subsequently published a clinical report. In 1975, Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry isolated from the soil in Jiangxi to Qingzomycin producing bacteria Streptomyces 75-798, and reported the separation of cyanin, chemical identification and trial production of clinical samples. After 239 clinical trials showed that: LVM on the urinary tract, biliary tract infections, pneumonia, sepsis, bacillary dysentery and typhoid have a good effect. This article describes the anti-TB effect of cyanin.
