目的探究临床护士工作倦怠程度与共情能力的相关性。方法 72名临床一线护士作为观察对象,采用杰弗逊共情量表和Maslach工作倦怠量表进行问卷调查,对数据进行相关性分析和描述性分析。结果共下发72份问卷,回收有效率问卷70份,有效回收率为97.22%。临床护士杰弗逊共情量表评分总分为(110.32±12.35)分,其中情感护理、观点采择、换位思考3个维度的评分分别为(40.32±6.33)、(56.64±8.03)、(13.36±2.29)分。Maslach工作倦怠量表评分中,去人格化和情绪衰竭评分分别为(6.40±5.73)、(23.28±9.71)分,均为中度倦怠;个人成就感评分为(32.27±9.35)分,为高度倦怠。共情能力与工作倦怠程度存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论临床护士有着比较严重的工作倦怠性,为了降低护士的工作倦怠,可以采取提升临床护士共情能力的方式,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the correlation between job burnout and empathy in clinical nurses. Methods Seventy-two clinical first-line nurses were observed. The questionnaire was conducted by using the Jefferson’s empathy questionnaire and Maslach’s job burnout questionnaire, and the data were analyzed for correlation and descriptive analysis. Results A total of 72 questionnaires were sent out and 70 questionnaires were retrieved. The effective rate was 97.22%. The scores of emotional care, opinion choice and empathy were (40.32 ± 6.33), (56.64 ± 8.03) and (13.36 ±) respectively in the clinical nurses’ Jefferson empathy scale score (110.32 ± 12.35) 2.29) points. Maslach’s score on job burnout was graded as (6.40 ± 5.73) and (23.28 ± 9.71), respectively, and both were moderate burnout. Individual achievement score was (32.27 ± 9.35), which was a high degree of burnout . There was a correlation between empathic ability and job burnout (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical nurses have a serious job burnout, in order to reduce nurses’ job burnout, it can be used to enhance the empathy ability of clinical nurses, and has clinical value.
